Happy 2009!

As the new 2009 is descending upon us, we at FOSSchix.my wishes everyone a very very happy and fulfilling new year. May the year ahead bring you health, happiness, love and everything you wish for.

Let's celebrate this coming year our style, there's numerous ways but let's just emphasize the important ones only. We don't want to get carried away here do we? :p

Some suggestions:

• Subscribe in our mailing list http://lists.foss.org.my/mailman/listinfo/chix. Give advise, communicate, share knowledge, make acquaintances, be awesome
  
• If IRC is more your thing, come join us #fosschix-my on irc.freenode.org
  
• Contribute to OSS projects - good software doesn't depend on good code alone. There's graphics, documentations, QA, translations, moolah etc. Here's a starting point: pick an app you use everyday and think about what you don't like about it, go to its project page and submit a request for enhancements/bugs.
• Throw a party and invite us.
